Innopolis summed up the results of 2025, confirming its status as one of the most dynamically developing small towns in Russia. The city demonstrates sustainable economic growth, strengthens its position as a technological leader, and consistently invests in the quality of the urban environment and social infrastructure, creating a comfortable environment for living, working, and community development.

Today, Innopolis consists of 8,023 people, 731 organizations, and 70% of the adult population working in the IT sector. The city unites residents from more than 40 countries. 

The average salary in Innopolis is 163,663 rubles.

Tax revenues to budgets of all levels increased by 32% compared to 2024. The total investment in the city's infrastructure has reached 54.83 billion rubles. There are 343 companies operating in the SEZ and 10,873 jobs have been created.

Innopolis has been ranked 1st in the Urban Environment Quality Index for the seventh year in a row.In 2025, the reconstruction of the first stage of Quantum Boulevard was completed — the project was developed jointly with the citizens and won the All-Russian competition for the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment. Large-scale landscaping and development of public spaces continued: more than 400 trees were planted. The second phase of the Quantum Boulevard will be launched in 2026.

93.5% of residents consider the city safe 

The level of satisfaction with security reached 93.5%. There are 570 video surveillance cameras in the city, the inter-municipal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the GBR, and the fire and rescue unit.

In 2025, a new public notification system and a system for automatically opening intercoms for emergency services have been set up. Further expansion of the video surveillance system is planned in 2026. 

The city is expanding 

The city's housing stock is expanding: construction of a new residential complex "Comfort" has begun. In addition, Innopolis became a participant in the social mortgage program. This is a unique program, it is aimed at all specialists working in the city of Innopolis. Housing construction will begin after the collection of applications.

Strong educational ecosystem 

The ecosystem of Innopolis education covers all levels — from kindergarten to university. 

Innopolis University has 1,860 students from 33 countries (+332 per year).

1021 RIDS have been registered, more than 100 thousand people have been trained in vocational training programs. 

The Lyceum showed an average score of 82.35 on the Unified State Exam in mathematics, and the students won prizes at international Olympiads.

The school has 850 students and 39 additional education programs.

In 2026, the University will host the DID 2026 international Forum, and schools will strengthen the Olympiad and scientific areas.

Medicine in the city

This year, the children's clinic was opened after major repairs. It has doubled in size, and the number of classrooms has tripled.

Technologies: robotaxis, delivery robots and the digital twin of the cityInnopolis remains one of the two Russian cities where unmanned vehicles operate in a real urban environment as a service for residents and guests (the same service is available in Sirius).

The city has extended the experimental legal regime for testing unmanned technologies. 

The digital twin of the city continues to develop: 5.5 million data parameters, 500 km of networks, 100 thousand objects. Residents' requests are automatically integrated into the incident management and analytics system.

Active community and cultural life 

The year 2025 for Innopolis was marked by the 10th anniversary of the city. The central event was the 1NNO festival. Key city events took place during the year: Republic Day, New Year's Eve events, the Innopolis Meetup series of IT meetings, and the Innopolis City Award.

Innopolis has also become a venue for major federal sports launches. The city hosted the Russian Road Cycling Championship, a family hockey festival, the Innopolis Cup mini-football tournament, rhythmic gymnastics competitions and the Diginavis Innopolis Trail trail race.

In 2026, Innopolis will retain its status as a venue for major sports and public events at the federal level. The Russian Road Cycling Championship, the Diginavis Innopolis Trail and the "Race of Heroes" will be held in the city. 

The city's own sports traditions will continue to develop: a hockey festival, ski competitions for residents, city championships in football, basketball and volleyball for the Innopolis Cup, as well as open children's floorball and rhythmic gymnastics tournaments.

The event agenda also includes events dedicated to the 11th anniversary of Innopolis, Victory Day, Republic Day, the Innopolis 2026 City Award and New Year's city events.

Plans for 2026 

Among the key tasks:

construction of the second industrial park of the SEZ; 

landscaping of the second stage of the Quantum Boulevard; 

development of the road network; 

creation of the city museum; 

testing residents' technologies in an urban environment; 

conducting national and international sports and business events.
